🔒 Google API Services User Data Policy & Workspace Limited Use Disclosure
aimyplan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

aimyplan (hosted at https://aimyplan.com) is an AI-powered smart scheduling and time-blocking application designed for individuals and teams. We are committed to protecting your privacy and treating your data with strict confidentiality. This policy outlines how we handle, process, and safeguard your information.
2. Information We Collect (ข้อมูลที่เราจัดเก็บ)
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via official Google OAuth authentication.
- Schedule & Task Data: Task titles, allocated time blocks, and user notes created within aimyplan.
- Google Calendar Data: Free/busy event timestamps and calendar event metadata accessed solely to detect schedule overlaps and perform synchronization.
- Voice and Text Prompts: Thai/English natural language prompts provided to the AI scheduler to extract scheduling intents.
3. Purpose of Requesting Google Calendar Scopes (วัตถุประสงค์ในการขอสิทธิ์)
Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
aimyplan requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope solely to provide user-directed Two-Way Calendar Synchronization:

Creates calendar events directly into your Google Calendar when you schedule tasks via AI prompts.
✓ Task Updates & Deletion
Synchronizes modifications, rescheduling, or event removals when updated in aimyplan.
✓ Conflict Prevention
Reads existing event times to prevent double-booking and identify free availability slots.
4. Strict Data Protection & Prohibitions (ข้อห้ามและการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายอย่างเข้มงวด)
- No Data Sale: We never sell, rent, or lease your calendar data or personal information to any third party or data broker.
- No Advertising: Google user data is NEVER used for serving advertisements, retargeting, or market research.
- No AI Model Training: Your private calendar data, task descriptions, and notes are NEVER used to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Limited Human Access: No human employees access or view your Google Calendar events unless explicitly requested by you for technical troubleshooting with written consent.
5. Google Workspace API Data & AI/ML Restrictions (การจัดการข้อมูลและการจำกัดสิทธิ์ AI/ML)
Under the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, our application strictly complies with all Limited Use restrictions regarding AI/ML processing:
- Complete Data Isolation: Raw, aggregated, or derived Google Workspace user data (such as Google Calendar events, times, and descriptions) is never transferred to any third-party AI service provider for model training, improvement, or fine-tuning.
- Authorized AI Integration: Natural language schedule parsing is handled via Google Cloud Gemini API (
gemini-flash-lite-latest) operating under Google Cloud Enterprise Terms with Zero Data Retention. The AI model only receives user-typed chat prompts to parse scheduling parameters and does not ingest or train on user calendar archives.
- Explicit Affirmation: The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Security, Retention & Deletion (ความปลอดภัยและการลบข้อมูล)
All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS 1.3 protocols. OAuth tokens are securely stored and encrypted at rest in PostgreSQL. You can revoke aimyplan's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@aimyplan.com.
